Loren was our sales rep who helped us select our home water softening system. He arrived on time and was very informative, friendly, fun to talk to. He took the time to answer all of our questions in terms we could understand.... A GREAT EXPERIENCE !!! Our installer of our system was Ryan.....he was excellent as well.... from arriving right on time to getting the job completed in a timely manner. Ryan too was very knowledgeable, fun to talk to and explained things in terms we understood. These 2 guys make it easy for us to recomment Marin Water Systems to our friends... we already have !!
