We have had several problems with our water conditioning system in our home since we moved in 6 years ago. We finally decided to call Martins to get a second opinion on the system we had to remove minerals and elements from our water. I will NEVER work with another company again! The service we have received is better than we could have ever asked for! Loren M. was our Technician who came out the first time to check our water, and he recommended a completely new system from what we had. It installed by Orion, who was prompt in arriving, very professional and explained the entire new neutralizer and softener system to me upon completion. Loren has kept in contact with me over the last month, continuing to make sure we are happy with our new system. He came out for our 1 month check, made a few adjustments he felt were necessary, and has assured us that if we had any additional questions or concerns, he would come back out again to make sure we were satisfied.
