Thanks to the sales associate, Rod Martin, who did our water testing and answered all of our questions so that we knew what to expect throughout the process. The technician who came out to our house (John Stolzfuss) was awesome. He was professional, friendly, and very informative. When he left, the house was neat, we had great tasting drinking water and soft water everywhere in the house, and we were well informed about upkeep of the system. It was less than a week from the time we first talked to Rod that the installation was complete. Loving the changes in our water and would definitely recommend Martin Water Conditioning.
