Our technician was punctual, kind and extremely knowledgeable about our filtration system. He took the time to explain every detail of our softener and filter as well as our UV light. Our water filtration system was purchased by the previous owner of the home and had many issues. Our technician, Duane Good, quickly diagnosed the problems and worked quickly on the repairs. He made several suggestions on what could help with our water pressure and let me know of various additional services that his company provides.
