Second Kinetco Softener System - initial system lasted 20 years. Loren evaluated my system needs and was able to add a sediment filter to the new system which the prior Kinetco Installler did not offer. The sediment filter will be extremely helpful when the water company flushes fire hydrants which adds brown residue to the water fo a day. My install was difficult because there is limited space for the Kinetico system in relation to my HVAC system and I needed to provide access to the HVAC system when the HVAC needs replacement. Dave W and Jeremiah Z were able to install the Kinetico Softener to allow easy access for HVAC service and future HVAC replacement. All valves and pipes were excellently labeled (much better than the prior install). Piping was installed perpendicular and parallel to each other-superb craftsmanship and their commitment to pride of workmanship. The install also required working in very cramp crawl space. We are very fortunate to also have a Martin Appliance store in our area. Whether its Water Conditioning or Appliances, Martin's alway exceed our exceptions on the level of product information, installation, and service on appliances when required.
