We purchased a whole house water system & a drinking water system from Martin's Water both made by Kinetico. Both the salesman, Dan & the service man, Henry were very professional & friendly. Both had a good knowledge of the product. After the units were installed & in use for about 4 weeks Dan made an appointment to return to our home to follow up to test the water to be sure it met our expectations & explained how & when to maintain the units.
