We contacted Martin Water to request information and a quote to replace an existing 25 year old system. We were able to schedule an appointment immediately and Dan showed up on time as expected. Our salesperson, Dan Brown, tested our water and provided information on several options to replace a obsolete water treatment system. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions without being pushy. After some discussion we decide upon a course of action and Dan set up an appointment for installation of new equipment and removal of old. Dan indicated he would have a follow -up visit after the installation to assure our satisfaction with the installation, which he did.
We were able to set our own time frame for the installation and at the appointed time Henry arrived with the new equipment to install. Henry was very professional and completed the installation in less than a day. We are extremely pleased with the installation as he removed all of the old equipment, installed the new system and completely cleaned up after. Upon completion he explained the equipment service and maintenance and made sure we were well acquainted with how to operate the units. Upon leaving us the area was cleaner than when he started, excellent job Henry.
Dan did return about 30 days after the installation and retested the water to assure proper operation as well as taking the time to carefully explain the equipment operation and maintenance to us again.
Overall this has been an excellent experience resulting in a new system that performs extremely well. I would strongly recommend Martin Water Conditioning to anyone interested in purchasing a water conditioning system.
