Called for service 1st on our water softener Martin's installed in 2002 to investigate a leak. Service provided a review of cost of repair or replace the system. Explained costs of repairing current system as well trade in credits for current system as well through financing options. Decided to purchase new system. Installation was completed without issue and with zero surprizes. Installer was very prompt and courteous throughout the process and when it was complete walked me through what was completed and what to do if anything would happen. Overall very satisfied with the entire process.
