Just had my conditioner and reverse osmosis system installed yesterday. From the time the sales rep came to our home we have been impressed. He was informative and not the least bit pushy. We upgraded to the reverse osmosis system because we have a grandson at risk. Other then that, the softer has so many upgrades from what we previously had. When the installation date came we had calls from the installer when he would arrive and he was there when expected. He spent time with me prior to install and met all my expectations. He explained the operation of all filters, tanks, bypass lines and general operation. Everything was as clean as before he arrived. I would recommend them to all of my friends.
