My salesman, Todd Gates, came to my home and made an evening appointment that fit my schedule. He tested my water and explained every aspect of my water issues with me. He also explained payment plans with me. The technician, Shawn Schrock also did a superb job. He was very respectful of my home putting covers on his shoes as he walked to my basement then he put plastic on my carpet so he didn't make a mess on the trips in and out of my home. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment he was installing and took the time to explain to me how things worked and what I was to expect and how to take care of my new equipment.
