Our experience started with Dwayne coming to our house to test our water and recommend a new water softener to replace our old Kenmore water softener. Within a week our appointment was scheduled and Ryan came out this morning despite the negative wind chill temperatures and snowy roads. Ryan reviewed what he would do and I left for work.
Around 4pm I got a call from my neighbor - the negative temperatures had burst a pipe in our garage and water was going everywhere. I called Ryan just to see what time he finished the install hoping it hadn't been too long ago and that the water hadn't been spraying everywhere for long - Ryan had unfortunately left at 11am (no issue with the pipes). I told Ryan I wasn't calling for doing anything wrong, just hopeful that he left in the afternoon and that the water hadn't been running long. Ryan asked if he could come over and take a look to help out - he arrived within 20 minutes, assessed the problem and within 10-15 minutes had fixed the pipe. HE ROCKS!!! Excellent service and even came back out to help with the burst pipe due to the extreme cold weather. We were blessed he was able to come out and help.
