I am a procrastinator. That said, I can now accurately provide an opinion of the Kinetico Premier Series XP and K-5 Drinking station installed by Martin Water Conditioning based on nearly a year of use and observation.

First off, Loren Martin, who evaluated the previous water quality and recommend my system, was and remains a consummate professional who attentively took time to explain every detail and answer every question I had being the nervous Nelly I am. I still enjoy speaking with him when I visit the store. He conducted the water quality tests in front of me to show just how bad (YUCK) my water quality was as I already knew, having just bought my house and experiencing the awful reality of showering, washing things and consuming the hard water of Lititz. He recommended the Kenetico Premier Series and suggested the K-5 Drinking Station which is a MUST HAVE.

Shortly the next day, Dave W., their installer, arrived EXACTLY 8AM as scheduled and began his installation. Dave THANKFULLY suggested a location in my home for the system to be placed, which I had not thought of. Every day I see my Kenetico system in my garage in the perfect spot, I THANK the Almighty Dave did not listen to me and put it in the closet where I wanted it to go which I can now see would have been a BIG mistake. Dave was astounding in his skills and execution of the installation process, not that I was hawking over him or anything like that, but it was a pleasure to watch such expert work in action. A man who knows what he is doing is a blessing, especially when it involves something like water flow, piping and pressure. He completed the installation that same day.

The job was perfect and the results were IMMEDIATELY NOTICEABLE. No more ugly mineral build up and icky water stains anywhere at all. Showering and washing, SUPER DUPER GREAT. I mean the first weeks when I moved in hard water bummed me out. I was itching like I had lizard skin. NO MORE. I cannot stress just how worthwhile this degree of professionalism and skill and the excellence of the Kenetico system makes Martins the place you better go to if you want the best experience humanly possible with a fabulous crew and wonderful employee work ethic. I am from NYC and I know how hard it is to find an excellent business like this.

Anyway, after a year of use, I can say that this was the best decision I have made and I feel lucky I found Martin's. I have not had a single issue in the slightest bit. Additionally, family and friends always ask why my water is so good and why my fixtures are so shiny and clean. I then cannot help but boast about the Kenetico Premier and K-5 reverse osmosis system I have. I even asked Dave to come back to add a spigot for the front of the house to wash the car or water the grass which is very convenient.
