Looking to replace another brand of whole house water treatment system, we contacted Martin Water Conditioning. Mark came to our home, tested the water and discussed options to address our concerns; never any sales pressure. We knew if we dealt with Martin there would always be a reliable support system and readily available parts. Decision made - Ryan did the installation. He arrived on time and completed the job on schedule. A very personable young man who explained everything; all was clean and tidy and no leaks. Plus someone will be back in a month or so to look everything over. Since this is a new installation, time will tell but so far we are very pleased with the company and the product.
