We hit quite a rough patch with our water service. We just recently had a new well drilled because our ild one collapsed. Our water conditioner system was old and took a hit when our well failed. We dealt with Martin’s Appliance in the past and had a good experience with them, so we reaches out to their water conditioning service. We couldn’t be happier. Loren came and assessed our old system and explained in simple terms how it failed and what could be done on his end in terms of replacing the system. He was incredibly patient with all of our questions and explained in detail how the new system would work. On installation day, Dave called ahead to tell us when he’d arrive and got to work quickly. He explained all the work he had ahead of him and answered all of our questions. He also helped me decide where to put the drinking water faucet to best fit our needs. When he left, he explained all the parts, showed me the Legacy app and left the place cleaner than when her arrived. Loren followed up with a phone call, and really made us feel welcome to call any time we had any questions. On a side note - this system cost us $53 more than our old system that was installed 17 years ago! And works 100x better even in its first years!
