Martin’s did a great job explaining the system and what our particular needs were at our original imeeting about the different systems. They were punctual on day of installation and did a very neat and tidy job making everything fit nicely into the space. After install they explained the system and then came back within a week to make sure the system was working properly and we achieved the planned results. The technician at that time answered all our questions and went over our filter changes and the system explaining it again as we needed. Overall we had a great experience with Martin’s and were happy to know that our water is now safe from environmental hazards and arsenic and we will be taking better care of our water appliances and our bodies!
