I live in a wooded area and have very acid water from my well. Dwayne A. was the associate who recommended the Kinetico system while he was here servicing my de-acidifier. I told him about the problems I was having with mineral buildup in my faucets, sinks and toilets. He very quickly got me set up with an appointment for an installation. Dave W. installed the system, arriving on time, was very courteous and quickly got to work. He had to rework the plumbing to the pressure tank and de-acidifier because the acidity of my water had eaten away at the copper and brass fittings that were in line ahead of the de-acidifier. He re-organized everything, added the Kinetico and even made sure I had enough space to get into my freezer which was next to the water system. He is an excellent technician and I am very pleased with my new system.
