Dave W. installed our system. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He protected our new wood floor so no damage was done. He explained the entire process and timeline prior to beginning. Upon completion, he went into great detail to review what was done and the procedures to follow regarding maintenance, including how to change the filter. He thoroughly cleaned up the work areas and disposed of all trash. He is a great asset to the company.
