Loren was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process of how a water softener works as well as the Kinetico drinking water station. Helped us choose the right system for the house. Was able to finance it with 0% interest. Was able to get the install schedule within that week of the purchase. Ryan our installer was able knock out the install within 3.5hrs. He was very knowledgeable and demonstrated on how to use the softener and the drinking system.
