Our salesman Loren was extremely helpful. He explained what was wrong with our water and what we needed to fix it. He didn't try to sell us anything we really didn't need. Our installer Ryan was very professional and courteous. He explained how everything worked, how and when to change the filters and when to add salt. He took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and back to order when he left. I have nothing but positive to say about this company. Highly recommend them!!
