All employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional (in person, over the phone, and through email communication). Mark Olweiler arrived promptly for a free water test and consultation. He clearly and thoroughly explained the results as he worked and then he presented multiple options to address the needs of our water system. Mark provided literature that I could later review with my husband. He also provided prompt responses to my emails and answered several questions that we had. After reviewing our options within Martin Water and with other companies, my husband I scheduled for a water softener to be installed by Martin Water. Craig did the installation. Like Mark, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He arrived on time and reviewed the work to be completed. After the installation was complete, he thoroughly reviewed the work and explained how to regularly maintain the water system. We were to receive a small discount on the softener which did not appear on our invoice. However, I emailed Mark and he promptly provided options to receive the credit (either a discount on future service or a check). We preferred the check and we received it within a week. I believe that someone from the company was going to return within a few weeks after installation in order to follow up and check that our water system was working properly, but no one from the company has contacted me to schedule a visit. The softener was installed in mid-January. Overall, we have been pleased with the customer service and the product that we received. As homeowners who are new to well water, we greatly appreciated the time that the employees took to be sure that we understood how the water system was supposed to work and how to best maintain it. Prices were competitive and multiple options were provided so we could work within our budget and find a water softener that met our needs.
