Upon returning from a short vacation we found the water heater sprung a leak the first time we used the system. Fortunately, Loren and Dan were working Saturday at lunch time. They walked us through the options for what water heater models were available. They determined what the cost of installation would be for an emergency repair as it was the weekend. We agreed on the details and they were able to arrange for Wilbur to stop by the shop pick up the water heater and arrive at our home within 2 hours of our initial conversation. From the time we contacted Loren and Dan to the time Wilbur wrapped up the work it was just under 5 hours start to finish. In our opinion this is exceptional service.

The only negative thing to report is the total cost. It was more than I would expect to spend but it was a weekend, the service was excellent, we wanted to avoid water damage and we were not wanting to be without hot water for an extended period of time.

Another local contractor would have done the work for a existing customer on the weekend but we would have to wait since while the equipment was theirs it was installed by the previous owner. Since I was not a returning customer I would have to wait until Monday to schedule the work. I actually understand their policy and respect their position but I will not be their customer in the future. Martins worked with us to get it done, when we wanted it done and did it well.

The minute I met Wilbur I was confident we were in good hands. The total experience for us was 5 stars. Thanks to Loren, Dan and especially Wibur for the great service.
