Harold did an excellent job of explaining everything
Harold came to my house because I requested someone come out and explain this whole new water system to me. I came from a very big city where we just turned on the faucet. This was all new to me. Harold spent about an hour explaining how everything worked together. I now have a fairly good understanding of the entire system. He was fairly detailed and very courteous telling a rookie how it worked.
