The guy who came to clean our carpets from Chem-Dry of Indianapolis has been cleaning my parents carpets for over a decade now and that is how we heard of him. This guy is really knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He will explain your options to you without adding any pressure to buy a particular package or treatment which is really nice. He explains the deals he is currently having which is really cool so you know what you're being charged for. He did a really nice job in a pretty short amount of time which was nice. Our carpets look great and we could not be happier!
