We've had Jason from Chem-Dry of Indianapolis out twice to two different places. He explains what he's going to do. He makes suggestions on how to make things better. He also makes suggestions on maintaining our carpets and rugs between cleanings. He moves furniture. He is very helpful. He goes above and beyond the business aspect of the job.
