They care for their customers!

The guy from Chem-Dry of Indianapolis was very nice and very polite. He took care of us and was very thorough. The carpet is clean but it's old, so there are still some dark spots in the high-traffic areas. I took a picture of it in case I want to follow up but I think the carpet is just too old and we might need new carpet. Overall it was fine.
