Chem-Dry of Indianapolis was very thorough. We've lived here for thirty years and my rugs were old. They did the best they could do with what they had to work with. I had wool rugs on my staircase and the technician wouldn't clean them because he was afraid they would get ruined. I appreciated his honesty about that. He recommended that I get a specialist for wool rugs or just give them a good sweeping.
