There was a difference of opinion about the experience we had with Chem-Dry of Indianapolis. My wife's mother scheduled the appointment to have our carpets cleaned, and although I thought everything was fine, my family thought otherwise. It seems as though they thought the carpets would turn out looking brand new, whereas for me, since I knew the carpets were not in good shape to begin with, I was not expecting the same results. I thought they did a fine job, but everyone else did not agree.
