We had three bedrooms and a hallway, which were all carpeted, and needed some cleaning. I did an online search, and went with Chem-Dry of Indianapolis because I liked the sound of their cleaning process. I thought they did a good job in getting out the animal stains and scents that were there. So far so good, as neither has come back. They also did well in explaining everything they were doing, and answering any questions I had. This was my first experience with Chem-Dry, and I'd probably use them again.
