I had Chem-Dry of Indianapolis come out to clean my carpet, and I give them five stars in every category. I think Chem-Dry did a good job on my carpet. I have older carpet, and I had high expectations of how it would look after cleaning. They were not able to get all the spots out where I had used spot cleaner but I am very pleased with the results. I would use them again because they had great communication skills and were very timely. They respected that I work from home and did not waste any of my time. They were terrific at communicating with me by text. I recommend them.
