Chem-Dry of Indianapolis recently cleaned our carpets for us, The cleaning man was very friendly, and we thought that he did a good job for us. We have pets, and because of that, there are odors. The odor removal product was extremely expensive, and so we asked them just to treat the worst areas. They did that for us, and the odor went away for a few days. But then it came back.
