Chem-Dry of Indianapolis has been cleaning my carpets for about ten years. They always do a good job. They were not able to get all the spots out this time, and I wasn't expecting them to but the carpet looks so much than before they cleaned it. They did get quite a few spots out. I was treated very nicely over the phone when I made the appointment. The cleaners were on time and very friendly. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner. It was a good experience. The customer service I receive is very much appreciated. I highly recommend using them.
