When I asked him to defend why his company got paid so much more than other companies, he was able to explain everything to me satisfactorily. He was a one-man show who was in and out quickly. He didn't mess around, just came in and did his job. He also gave me some good tips on what to look for and how to keep the carpets clean between professional cleanings. I got my money's worth with Chem-Dry of Indianapolis. The carpets look great and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
