I feel that the service I received from Chem-Dry of Indianapolis was fine, but I was not completely satisfied with the results. I was referred to Chem-Dry through a friend, and I had no issues scheduling my appointment. There were certain spots on my rug I was hoping would get lifted and cleaned, but they will have to come back and work on those areas again. The technician did his job well and was professional. They were also higher priced than what I had expected. I might use them again, but I will possibly shop around first.
