I had been using Chem-Dry of Indianapolis and my past experience led me to call them again. The technician that came out was very pleasant and friendly and very courteous. His personability was never in question.

I felt like this cleaning was rushed and the end result did not come out as the past results. I am not sure if it is because of new ownership at the time or maybe they were overbooked on this particular day. I think had the technician took a little more time then the results would have been better.

I would like to schedule with them again but I am hesitant of the same service.
