Chem-Dry of Indianapolis is a great company that I have done business with for the past three years or so. The technicians are usually on time and finish the rooms quickly. I have a good-sized house and I know it takes a bit to finish, but they usually get through it right on time as planned. It is always easy to call into the office to set up an appointment. They usually send someone out right away or as soon as possible. Their customer service is wonderful. The technicians are always so professional and courteous. It is always a good experience. I made the mistake of trying another company recently and I regret that. They were nothing like Chem-Dry of Indianapolis at all! I will not make that mistake again and will continue using Chem-Dry only. I highly recommend using them and hope others will try them out.
