We use Chem-Dry of Indianapolis because they always produce a good, clean and healthy looking carpet when it's all said and done. They use good equipment, and always take care of the customer. They always show up on time as discussed, and the carpets dry quickly.

This last job was probably our 4th or 5th time with Chem-Dry. As a family with kids and pets, our carpets endure a lot of wear and tear. When we hire them, I feel like it extends the life of our carpet and produces a clean and refreshing feeling to our home.

I would highly recommend them. As a budget conscious person, I use them despite them being on the higher end of pricing because I feel I get a higher end finish. I'm willing to pay a little more to receive that. In a nutshell, they're flawless.
