Initial service call resulted in test sampling fabric for cleaning safety with standard carbonated treatment. Cleaning had to be rescheduled for following week. Different technician cleaned and stain-guarded 2 chairs and sofa--no problem with water based cleaning. Very satisfied with results. The furniture was not particularly soiled prior to cleaning other than minor stains, but just knowing that the furniture was clean and fresh was definitely worth the cost and scheduling.
