Whole house carpet clean

The technician was a nice gentleman. However, I was given an estimate over the phone for a certain price. The technician came in and the price jumped significantly higher and try to upsale me with extra add-ons. The overall cleaning was just okay. I still see some spots. Also, the technician wore his shoes on my carpet....he did not wear protective shoe covers. Will not use again.

Unfortunately, without having physically seen the rooms we are only able to ballpark the estimation based on details provided over the phone. The estimates are always subject to change once the technician gets to the location. We try to keep them as close as possible but sometimes the technician might see something that needs to be treated in a different manner than what was originally discussed over the phone, this would cause the price to fluctuate. Our technician’s main priority is to provide you with stellar service and effective treatments. The suggestions from the technician are not meant with the intention of up-selling but a genuine attempt to provide you with the most effective cleaning experience. We never force a customer to take our suggestions but we want them to know all of their options prior to moving forward. We try to be as transparent as possible with why we might suggest a different treatment or added service.
