The receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE. Not only did i show up to my appointment early but ended up waiting 1 hr 30 mins until i was finally called back to the office. I waited that long for an appt that lasted 15 mins- an extreme waste of time. While waiting, every time I tried to ask the receptionist on any update she just gave me complete attitude as if it is not so easy for me to go to another dentist. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but for the 3 appts i have had to go there she has been the exact same. Definitely a way to turn away patients.. Honestly don't even waste your time going there. Still cannot believe the receptionist still has a job.. no one should be given such attitude for just trying to go to the dentist. Hope they realize soon how bad this makes them look..
