I gave my car to them for a simple oil change and was surprised that it had more problems after the oil change than before.I was really surprised since my car had never had that problem before.My car was a Toyota Corrola and the problem that occurred was that its fan was messed up.After-wards I found the reason for the problem and what it was that there was a paper-clip stuck in the fan-belt that messed up the fan. I believe that the paperclip belong to Firestone so I returned it them extremely disappointed in their service and disgusted at their cheating methods. They don't deserve to be a trusted company if they things like that to costumers who pay them money!!!
