Not happy with results

Gun recession procedure recommended by personal dentist and almost a year after having it done here to our personal doctor asked if I really had it done cause he didn’t see any improvement to my gun recession wow not only that they had ‘retainers’ made without asking me if I have some already which I did but yet needed up paying for them without a need so Not too happy

Alex. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the result of your gum surgery four years ago. Soft tissue procedures, like any plastic surgery, can be somewhat unpredictable due to many factors such as grinding at night (hence the need for the nightguard) and often require touch-up procedures after completion. Since we have not seen you in over 3 years we can not comment on the results today, but would be happy to provide a complimentary consultation to review your case and provide options to resolve your issue.
