Pretty much any time I call Metro Carpet Cleaning they're on time. The service is impeccable. I like the attention to detail; they pay very close attention to detail. I remember one time I called them and said do two rooms. Then I sprung on them at the last minute that I needed two more rooms done. Most people would say you need to schedule for another time blah blah, but they were able to knock out those additional rooms for me. I've been using them for about a year and a half.
