Several of my pets go to Theodore Vet; we've also used several of the different Drs . I've never had a problem. The Vets and staff are always courteous and always have my pets best interest in mind! I've always seen the tech and the Dr at every appt. Everything is always explained in detail. I have 2 senior dogs and a 4 year old, all with problems, and they get the best care! It is pricey, but one of the reasons I come to Theodore is for the advanced technology. Dr. Myers and Dr. Elstner are our favorites. Dr. Myers even met me at the clinic at 7 pm on a Sun, for an emergency. I'd much rather go to my personal vet, than the Animal ER. I've read some of the bad reviews, and I can say that in the 5 + years that I've been using Theodore Vet, I've never had these problems or seen it. Ive also boarded with them, and the rooms are awesome and boarding prices are cheaper than Copelands. Plus the added comfort of my dogs being at their vet, should they become ill. They even let me board my pet duck once and let her swim in the bath tub!!
