We are very satisfied with their professionalism. We were able to take samples home to be sure the colors and quality was a fit for our room.
Once we decided which flooring worked best for us. They checked the manufactures inventory so that they were able to give us an accurate delivery. Then we ordered the flooring and received a call from them with in a few days to let us know it was at store.
