They were helpful, pleasant, professional at every step of the way from choosing and ordering both the carpet and pad, to installation and follow up. The only glitch was email communication as apparently my reply to them went to their spam. But this was ultimately clarified and everything was just fine. Also, they were very competitively priced with even an Internet-based carpet distributor, which was very impressive! Highly recommend and was such a delight to find a local flooring and carpet resource now that we have moved to the area.
