The service in the store at Flooring Discount Center was fantastic, but the installation was a little less than fantastic. The people in the store were very helpful, accommodating and friendly, but I didn't get the same friendly feeling with the installers. They were less professional, took a lot of smoke breaks, and generally weren't the caliber people I would hope for. The job turned out fine and they did a nice attractive job with the installation, I just would have appreciated better customer-installer relations. They did a good job, though. I would recommend the company.
