Very good communication, very good followup. Floor Coverings International of Piedmont Triad did what they said they were going to do. They went over and beyond what I thought they could do for me. A couple of the people working on my backsplash helped me with some boxes, since I had trouble with my back.

They're very good people. The salespeople gave me decor ideas and went over and above as well. They were friendly, professional, excellent to work with, and approachable.
