I hired Floor Coverings International to replace some damaged floors in my home. When I dealt with the sales team, my options were made very clear. They were very clear about what my choices were: replacing the damage vs. doing other work. The price options were clearly understood. They also explained the process and some situations that I might encounter while ripping up the old flooring. I was well aware of what to expect, and what was happening.

The installation was incredibly well done. I was kept up to date on the process: what was happening, and what the floors were looking like. Pictures were sent to me, I was kept informed of any good news, and constantly updated. It was a comfort to me to know that everything was being taken care of. Given that I work full-time I felt totally comfortable knowing that someone was watching the house. The one night that we were able to be in the house during the installation; I noticed that the house was totally clean and spotless. Everything was taken care of, and all the furniture was moved. It was a worry-free process. I am in love with my new floors!
