Service Tech. was polite, efficient and did a great job.
My carpets were neglected for several years. I showed him the very soiled areas as well as the usual wear and tear and foot traffic areas. In every place , and every corner of the carpets he did a very thorough job.
As for customer service - very good too. I made an online appt. late in the night and received a phone call to confirm my appt. the very next morning.
