Every step of the way the process was excellent. There were a few frightening stains that I didn’t think the Coit cleaner could remove but he did. I don’t know why I wait as long as I do to get Coit to my house for the carpet, and from now on I will be requesting their service every six months. The carpet looks extremely clean and smells wonderful. I should add that the cleaner was very respectful of our furniture and took extreme care not to damage and did not damage anything.
